The theme of the series of work in resin is 'transformation'.
It is a part of my study in the transformation of forms, materials and colors.
A tree trunk is sliced into pieces, the pieces become together again but in a different order. The effect of the surface of wood, a natural material, is transferred onto artificial resin, losing something but gaining something at the same time. The transition of colors, gradation, transparency, the effect of light... And when the necklace is worn on the body, the transformation continues with the wearer…
